《美少女战士真人版》，2003年10月4日至2004年9月25日播映，以《美少女战士》作品中的首系列作为基础再改编成的特摄电视剧，共51集，正剧49集外加两集番外。由真人演出。剧中更增加不少的新角色，让喜欢《美少女战士》的粉丝们耳目一新。基本上跟原本的动画第一部内容情节相同，但实际上某些情节稍微作出改动。台湾与中国内地则把此剧称之为《美少女战士真人版》。福建省文艺音像出版社所发行的中文配音版VCD则把该剧命名为日本科幻青春偶像剧《星际勇士之Pretty Guardian 美少女战士真人版》。本作更类似于“超级战队系列”。
