故事讲述三个素未谋面的平凡人，在一次危急情况下，联手化解危机，因此卷入一系列神秘案件，被警察和黑帮追杀的故事。张智霖在剧中饰演一名被生活压迫的小说家，黄宗泽扮演的是一个外强中干的特技人，周秀娜则化身导游，拥有双重身份的她，负责“保护”两位男主角。而陈豪饰演的是一名退出江湖的酒吧老板，背景复杂，在剧中有不少打斗戏份；而王浩信扮演一位善良的盗贼。
