本作品改编自正在周刊少年杂志上连载的和久井健的漫画《东京卍复仇者》。描绘了花垣武道穿越到10年前，在车站月台被推着后背跌落到轨道上，在做好死亡觉悟的瞬间成为不良少年的花垣武道，挑战关东最凶的组织东京卍曾的故事。
