《勿忘我》是描述一名年轻男子和一名年轻女子在大学之间的爱情故事。在说再见之前，他给她一枚上面刻着“勿忘我”的花戒指，以提醒他们发自内心的话“我们将永远拥有彼此，勿忘我。如果你还爱我，请带着它，但如果这个爱被毁了，那么请把它取下来。“
这家酒吧叫Horace and Pete，开了一百年，这一个世纪由历代的Horace和Pete来经营。这家年迈的酒馆在光鲜的布鲁克林似乎已经过气了，现在的主人也如同这家疲倦的酒馆一样。Horace离过婚，没有固定女友，跟子女处理不好关系；Pete一辈子都在这家酒吧里，有精神疾病，一旦停药就会失控。还有他们的叔叔、姐姐、前妻、爷爷的前女友、不定期的床伴以及定期的老顾客，构成了属于这家酒馆的百年江湖。
