改编自欧阳黔森主席创作的报告文学《花繁叶茂，倾听花开的声音》，讲述了遵义市花茂村从贫困村到小康村再到“百姓富、生态美”的蜕变，以及新时代干部群众战贫困、奔小康的生动故事。
