タレントのベッキーさんが、今年4月期の時代劇「くノ一忍法帖 蛍火」（BSジャパン）で、時代劇初主演を果たすことが30日、明らかになった。“バテレンの母”を生みの親に持つという主人公のお螢（けい）を演じるベッキーさんは「この瞳の色があるから時代劇に出演するのは難しいと思っていたんですが、逆にこの瞳を生かした時代劇の役を与えていただき、本当にうれしく思います。皆さんと、手を取り合い、最高の作品が撮れるよう、頑張ります！」と意気込んでいる。放送は、BSジャパンで4月から毎月前半の火曜午後8時放送。9月まで全12話を予定。
