因为辜战的战力指数跃升，反而使得这场比试变得危险，两人势均力敌，眼看就要两败俱伤之际，一股强光，伴随着巨大的冲击力，两人各自震飞倒地。
乘坐飞船回到地球的嫦娥，无意中救下了被丧尸围攻的神秘男子阿野。逃入疗养院的二人却因嫦娥的古风举止与服饰被误以为精神病人而遭到关押。 年轻的医生姜歌注意到了这一切，在对嫦娥的“治疗”中，他发现了龟岛疗养院浮华之下的秘密——人体试验，地下监牢，岛上的丧尸……这一切线索最终指向了待姜歌如儿子一般的院长雷功明身上。嫦娥被带入监牢准备进行开颅手术，被她称为后羿转世的姜歌不得不潜入丧尸盘踞的地下世界，营救自己的妻子。在与雷功明秘密部队的对峙中，姜歌被逼无奈释放了所有监牢中的丧尸，虽然带领嫦娥逃出了地下，但他们却不得不面对一个被丧尸冲垮了的人间炼狱。
