故事叙述金在元是一个平凡人家的长子，且正在大学读书；朴率美则是在大学当讲师；金孝珍则是金在元青梅竹马的朋友兼同学并从小暗恋着他，但却是妹有情来郎无意；金来元在本剧中则是个苦追金孝珍的富家子弟；另一女主角笛木优子饰演小时候因车祸父母双亡并造成听力障碍的美术系学生，也是金在元暗恋但不敢表白只好借用网路用假名对她传送诗集音乐的对象，直到有一天她回信给金在元，从此两人成为网路恋人。
爱德华·伯恩斯加盟苹果新版剧集《惊异传奇》。该剧由史蒂文·斯皮尔伯格打造，安培林TV、环球TV联合制作，苹果已预订10集。伯恩斯将在新剧一集中饰一名特工，该集导演马克·米罗(《权力的游戏》)，伯恩斯也将担任该集监制。老版《惊异传奇》曾于上世纪80年代中期播出过两季，由一系列具有科幻、恐怖、幽默等元素的故事组成，曾获12项艾美奖提名。

本剧是NHK BS播放的时代剧，由沟端淳平主演.讲述了年轻医生 立花登（沟端淳平）在担任江户的狱医时的所见所闻和独特经历。剧情和配乐以及沟端淳平对角色地演绎都是十分优秀的，有时代剧独有的风味。另外武功高强的狱医这种设定，让人一下子想起了10年mayu曾经参演的《桂千鹤诊察日记》。只不过设定里由于沟端淳平的角色太过年轻，所以并没有像当年的主演市川由衣一样收一个小松糕做学徒（兼任护士），要不然参演本剧的平佑奈可能会变成这样的角色。说了这么多归根结底的是，不知不觉又挖了一个坑。
