间宫祥太朗×渡边大知W主演《学园爆笑王》，改编自森田真法的同名漫画，以漫才为题材。故事讲述主角上妻圭右（间宫祥太朗）目标是成为学园爆笑王，无论何时何地，只要找到题材就尽量搞笑，逗得身边人都很开心，然而有天他因为一件小事惹恼校内最受女生欢迎的玉木，对方联合校内的小混混威胁学生不能因为上妻的搞笑而笑，让上妻怀疑自己的搞笑能力。之后上妻遇上从关西转校过来的辻本润（渡边大知），对方是前搞笑艺人，因为和拍档意见不合而解散独自上京。二人相遇后组成搞笑团体，在追逐梦想的路上他们历经加入专门培训所训练、比赛征选等过程，从中带出日本搞笑业界的生态，还有搞笑艺人背后所付出的努力与竞争。
