《圣何塞谋杀案》是由导演潘源良执导，郑秀文、蔡卓妍、佟大为、林嘉华主演的悬疑心理片，改编自著名剧作家庄梅岩的同名舞台剧作品。故事由女子Yanny（蔡卓妍 饰）为了逃避自己在香港的失败恋情，前往美国探望多年不见的女友Ling（郑秀文 饰）展开。Ling与丈夫Tang（佟大为 饰）在圣荷西过着仿佛宁静无忧的理想生活。但就在短短五天的探访中，Yanny竟揭发了这对夫妇背后隐藏的身份真相。三个人各自有着不可告人的历史，更重演着一场凶案的轨迹，冲向你死我亡的结局。异乡人的美国梦，孤寂与怀疑累积成沉重的代价。
