《城市传说》原名《超能宝贝II》讲述地心超能力能源爆发，昏睡一年后的部分人类拥有了超能力，但没想到的是在超能力的背后竟然隐藏着一个即将毁灭地球的黑暗阴谋。与以往少儿电视剧不同的是，该剧将打破传统少儿电视剧制作理念，剧情设计偏向于成人化，力求培养观众的独立思维，提升观众及演员对亲情、友情的认知能力。
故事发生在小瘦受整容专家Gus（Petch饰演）以及他的好“姐妹”——用生命热爱舞蹈的大块头受受Golf（PingPong饰演）、由攻变受的肌肉男Kim（Der饰演）和唯一的美女嫩模Natty（Peek饰演）之间。当三个娘娘腔不约而同地失恋后，开始了他们寻找真爱的旅程。
