渡边谦挑战喜剧的该节目，以广告代理店「电报堂」为舞台。本剧以渡边饰演的具有亲和力的营业部长·五十风为中心，刻画了被提醒后会引起职权骚扰的新人、净是消极发言的营业员、发言直接的归国子女、只对女性艺人积极的撰稿人、偶尔打出大热的策划人等展开的人间喜剧。
本片根据井上直久的绘画作品编辑制作而成。
